NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE ADVICE
Insurance By Design provides advice on life insurance, health insurance and domestic fire & general insurances. We only provide financial advice about products from certain providers;
We do not provide advice on investments, whole of life or endowment policies. We will refer you to specialists where necessary
FEES OR EXPENSES
Insurance By Design does not charge fees, expenses or any other amount for the advice provided to its clients.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND INCENTIVES
Insurance By Design receives a commission from the providers it provides advice on, based on the premium you pay.
From time to time providers may also reward us with incentives such as a free lunch, drinks, ticket to an event or other incentive. Kevin Wike owns shares in Partners Life.
To ensure we prioritise our clients interests over its own, we follow an advice process that ensures our recommendations are made on the basis of the client’s needs, goals and circumstances. We also use independent product research tools.
Our adviser undergoes annual training on how to manage conflicts of interest.
We undertake an annual compliance audit and a review of our compliance programme. We maintain a register of conflicts of interest and the gifts and incentives we receive.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
